• Code 01 : 10+2 Higher Secondary Exam or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year and  2- year Diploma in Elementary  Education B.T.C./D.El.Ed.
• Code 02 : 10+2 Higher Secondary Exam or its equivalent with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year and 2  year Diploma in Elementary  Education B.T.C./D.El.Ed., in accordance With the NCTE Recognition Norm & Procedure, Regulations, in 2002
• Code 03 :  10+2 Intermediate Senior Secondary Exam or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
• Code 04 : 10+2 Intermediate Senior Secondary Exam (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special  Education.)
• Code 05: Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent two year Diploma in Elementary Education B.T.C., D.El.Ed. Must have passed and appearing in final year
• Code 06: Shiksha Mitra should have passed 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education i.e. D.El.Ed. from IGNOU.

• Code 01: Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education and B.T.C., D.El.Ed. Must have passed or appearing in final year
• Code 02: Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks or its equivalent in Education or passed or appearing in final year of B.Ed, L.T., Shiksha Shastri as regular
• Code 03: Bachelor Degree with at least 45% marks or its equivalent and must have passed or appearing in final year of Graduate Degree in Education – B.Ed., L.T., Shiksha Shastri (Regular) in accordance with the NCTE recognition norms and procedure regulations issued from time to time in this regard
• Code 04 : 10+2 Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor of Elementary  Education (B.El.Ed)
• Code 05 : 10+2 Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
• Code 06: Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or its equivalent with B.Ed. as Special Education and passed or appearing in final year
• Code 07: Graduation or Post Graduation Degree with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of Bachelor of Education as B.Ed. Provided that the minimum percentage of marks in graduation will not apply to candidates who have taken admission in Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of Elementary Education examination or its equivalent course before 29th July, 2011.
